This promotion is offered by Fender Music Australia Pty Limited (the promoter). By entering the promotion, you (the “entrant”) acknowledge your participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Receive a free Fender® Hammertone™ (Hammertone™ Distortion, Hammertone™ Overdrive, Hammertone™ Fuzz or Hammertone™ Metal only) when purchased with a Fender® Squier® 40th Anniversary guitar.
2. The free Fender® Hammertone™ must be in stock at Fender or the Participating Dealer.
3. This promotion is applicable only to Australian residents, and goods will only be shipped within Australia.
4. The promotion may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.
5. The promotion is not valid on prior purchases, taxes, or shipping and processing charges.
6. To redeem, you must purchase your Fender® Squier® 40th Anniversary guitar at participating Fender Dealers between April 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023.
7. The promotion is valid only while supplies last.
8. The promotional items offered are one of the following Hammertone™ Distortion (model number 0234570000), Hammertone™ Overdrive (model number 0234571000), Hammertone™ Fuzz (model number 0234574000) or Hammertone™ Metal (model number 0234575000), which is not transferable to any other product and has no cash value.
9. Returns for refund will not be accepted on individual items. If returning for a refund, you must return both items (Fender® Squier® 40th Anniversary guitar & Fender® Hammerone™ pedal).
10. The promotion is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
11. The promotional period starts on April 1, 2023, and finishes on June 30, 2023, but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
